Position Overview

Chromatics Beauty Lab is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Senior Laser Technician & Esthetician to join our growing spa team. This individual is passionate about corrective skincare, advanced aesthetic treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a senior provider, you will perform advanced esthetic and laser services while serving as a trusted resource for clients and fellow team members.

The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, committed to safety, and dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term skin health through customized treatment plans and home care recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.

• Safely perform laser hair removal treatments following established protocols.

• Perform advanced facial treatments including customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare services.

• Evaluate client skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment series.

• Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, post-care, and home skincare routines.

• Recommend professional skincare products to support treatment results.

• Accurately document consultations, treatment settings, progress notes, and client consent forms.

• Maintain strict sanitation, infection control, and safety standards.

• Ensure laser equipment is properly maintained and operating safely.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as appropriate.

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization.

• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and education.

• Assist in promoting spa services, memberships, seasonal promotions, and retail products.

• Stay current on industry advancements, continuing education, and new treatment technologies.

• Support newer estheticians by sharing knowledge and best practices when appropriate.

• Collaborate with the salon and spa team to create a seamless luxury guest experience

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Esthetician License (or eligible for Georgia licensure).

• Laser certification meeting Georgia requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional esthetics experience preferred.

• Minimum of 1–2 years performing laser treatments preferred.

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and corrective skincare.

• Experience with treatment planning and client education.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

• Preferred Experience

• Experience performing one or more of the following:

• Laser Hair Removal

• IPL/Photofacial

• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments

• Chemical Peels

• Dermaplaning

• Microdermabrasion

• LED Light Therapy

• Acne Treatments

• Anti-Aging Treatments

• Hydrating & Customized Facials
