Appointments 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ and nail technicians availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a deposit. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. 

 

Policy 

For your enjoyment as well as others, please refrain from bringing children that are not receiving services. We are not responsible for any damages caused to or by children left unattended. We are not responsible for any damage to jewelry or clothing not removed during services. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and expire five years from date of purchase (some exceptions may apply)

Suggestions are always welcome.

 

Refunds 

No refunds will be given on services rendered.  Refunds for styling products will require a 15% restocking fee and will be refunded in form of payment used. We are not responsible for any damaged products. Must have valid receipt. Some exceptions may apply (brushes, hairpieces, accessories) will not be refunded. Tool return and warranty is based on manufacturer warranty and is outside our control.
