Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ and nail technicians availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If your are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and it will count as a cancellation.( See our cancellation policy) Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
We strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests. We respect your time, as well as that of our Beauty Technicians' time. With respect to our staff and other guests that need our services we ask that you notify us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointment(s). Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a fee of 75% of the service(s) scheduled.
No refunds will be given on services rendered. Refunds for styling products will require a 15% return fee and will be refunded in form of payment used. We are not responsible for any damaged products. Must have valid receipt. Some exceptions may apply (brushes, hairpieces, accessories) will not be refunded. Tool return and warranty is based on manufacturer warranty and is outside our control.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Consultations are required for certain services to ensure that we have proper time for desired results.(Please know that some services require multiple visits to achieve desired results.)
We are commited to providing excellent services. If there is any issue with a service that has been performed, kindly let us know and we will do our best to correct it. Any additional requests that were not previously done or disscused in the appointment may result in additional charges.
Due to liability reasons as well as enjoyment for others, children under the age of 10 who are not receiving services will not be allowed. If you bring a child, you will be asked to reschedule and a fee of 50% of the service that was scheduled that day will be charged in order to reschedule.
