Questions we get asked
What does infrared sauna actually do?
Guests come to us for detoxification, anti aging, heart health, immunity, pain relief, muscle recovery and relaxation. Every session pairs infrared with red light therapy.
Is there a membership?
Yes. The monthly membership covers up to 25 sessions a month at 15 or 30 minutes each. It is non transferable, charged monthly, with a three month minimum.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Companion passes are available. Ask us when you book.
What is a red light infrared sauna?
A red light infrared sauna combines infrared heat with red light therapy to create a relaxing wellness experience. Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, infrared technology uses radiant heat to warm the body.
What do the red light panels do?
The red light panels can stimulate cell mitochondria to produce more cellular energy, promote collagen and elastin production to help reduce wrinkles and improve skin tone, and aid muscle repair while reducing joint or tissue inflammation.
Is infrared sauna appropriate for everyone?
Not necessarily. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or heat sensitivities may make sauna use inappropriate. If you have health concerns or aren’t sure whether infrared sauna is appropriate for you, speak with your healthcare provider before booking.
